本政策适用于咖啡因节律 iOS App。Build 13 及以前版本的个人资料与饮用记录仅保存在本机，没有本应用提供的云备份。Build 14 起提供此功能的版本增加可选、手动、仅限饮用记录的加密云备份；不开启或不主动备份，就不会通过此功能上传记录。这不是自动同步。
Build 14 目前为待发布功能说明；本网页更新不表示该版本已上架，也不表示 App Store 隐私标签已完成核对。云功能的商店隐私披露仍需按实际提交内容确认。
设备上保存的信息
年龄、体重、作息、你主动选择的代谢影响因素、自定义饮品、饮用记录、试用状态和设置保存在设备上，用于生成咖啡因估算、趋势及支持版本中的年度报告。这些结果是参考估算，不是医疗诊断或血液测量。云备份不包含个人资料、年龄、体重、妊娠、吸烟、用药等健康因素，也不包含付款信息或购买权益。
可选云备份：内容、加密与存储地点
首次上传前，App 会明确展示备份范围以及存储于新加坡的跨境传输说明，只有你主动同意并点击备份才上传。备份包含记录中的饮品名称、咖啡因量、容量、饮用时间、UUID 和饮品标识，以及备份格式和生成时间；自定义饮品库、个人资料与设置不会整体备份。
记录先在本机使用 AES-256-GCM 加密。Netlify 的新加坡存储区域 ap-southeast-1 保存加密内容、假名化备份库标识及更新时间、版本和完整性校验等技术元数据。这只说明主备份存储区；服务执行、安全日志及控制平台可能位于其他区域，包括美国，不表示所有数据处理仅发生在新加坡。恢复码和解密密钥本身不发送给服务器；网络请求会发送单独派生的认证令牌和备份库标识，以验证访问权限。假名化标识不等同于绝对匿名。
该功能只保存手动操作时的快照，不自动合并其他设备的数据，也不提供旧版本恢复。上传会替换现有快照；每份备份的加密内容当前上限为 1 MB（1,048,576 字节），编码后的传输封装可能更大。无须注册账号或提供邮箱。
恢复码与恢复记录
恢复码由设备生成，保存在本机 Keychain，不使用 iCloud 钥匙串同步。请另存安全副本；App 中的复制使用本机剪贴板，2 分钟后过期。持有码的人可以读取、替换或删除相应备份。没有恢复码时，我们不能解密内容，也不能凭邮箱或购买收据找回恢复码、定位你的备份。
恢复会先在本机解密并显示预览条数，只有你确认后才按 UUID 合并：本机已有相同 UUID 的记录不被覆盖，个人资料、健康设置与购买权益保持不变。恢复购买由 Apple 单独处理，不会取回饮用记录。
年度报告和导出
支持此功能的版本在设备上由已有记录生成年度报告，并先提供图片预览。只有你主动通过系统分享菜单选择接收方时，图片或导出文件才会交给所选 App 或服务，之后由其隐私规则处理。报告图片包含年度汇总和常记饮品，不包含年龄、体重、妊娠、用药等个人资料。自定义名称可能透露个人信息，请在分享前检查。生成报告本身不调用云备份。
保留和删除
在“我的 → 隐私与数据”中可导出记录或删除本机数据。卸载或清除本机资料可能导致记录丢失，但不会删除已有云备份；关闭上传同意也不会删除云端内容。设备系统备份由你的系统设置和 Apple 服务决定，不能替代自行保管恢复码。
云端加密快照及假名化标识保留到你替换或主动删除。请在云备份页面使用对应恢复码，单独确认“删除当前云备份”。删除会从活动存储中移除加密内容，并永久保留不含饮用记录的删除标记及相关标识，阻止旧设备用同一码重新上传。该码永久失效，再次备份需生成新码；本机记录不会随云删除而删除。
平台可能依其服务、安全和灾难恢复流程处理系统日志或基础设施副本；我们不承诺未经核实的供应商备份清除时限。App 不提供已删除快照的恢复。详细操作见帮助与支持。
购买、网络请求和共享
购买及恢复通过 Apple StoreKit 处理，开发者不接收银行卡信息。App 不接入广告、第三方分析或跨 App 跟踪，不出售健康相关信息。云请求和本公开网站由 Netlify 提供服务，平台会处理 IP 地址、请求时间、状态和其他必要网络/安全日志，用于服务交付、故障排查和安全；这些是运行服务所需的信息，不是 App 广告或行为分析。
网站与联系
打开隐私或支持网页不会自动上传 App 内的个人资料或饮用记录。你发送支持邮件时，我们使用你主动提供的信息回复问题；无需为了云备份发送邮件。请勿发送恢复码、密码、完整健康资料或付款资料。

This policy covers the Caffeine Calculator & Tracker iOS app. Builds 13 and earlier keep profiles and intake records on your device, without an app-provided cloud backup. Supporting versions from Build 14 add optional, manual, encrypted backup of intake records only. Records are not uploaded through this feature unless you choose to back them up. This is not automatic sync.
Build 14 is described here as a forthcoming feature, not a confirmation of App Store availability. Its cloud-related App Store privacy disclosures are still subject to verification against the actual submission; publishing this page does not mean that review is complete.
On-device information
Age, weight, schedule, optional metabolism factors, custom drinks, intake records, trial state and preferences are stored locally to calculate estimates, trends and, in supporting versions, annual reports. Results are reference estimates, not diagnosis or blood measurements. Cloud backup excludes your profile, age, weight, pregnancy, smoking, medication and other health factors, payment information and purchase entitlements.
Optional cloud backup: scope, encryption and location
Before the first upload, the app explains the backup contents and cross-border storage in Singapore. Uploading requires your explicit agreement and a manual backup action. The encrypted snapshot includes recorded drink names, caffeine amounts, volumes, intake times, record UUIDs and drink identifiers, plus snapshot format and creation time. It does not back up your complete custom-drink library, profile or settings.
Records are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM. Netlify storage in Singapore, ap-southeast-1, holds encrypted content, a pseudonymous vault identifier and technical metadata such as update time, version and integrity checks. This identifies the primary backup storage region only. Service execution, security logs and control-plane operations may occur in other regions, including the United States; it does not mean all data processing takes place in Singapore. The recovery code and decryption key themselves are not sent to the server. Requests send a separately derived authentication token and vault identifier to authorize access. Pseudonymous does not mean fully anonymous.
Backup saves a manual snapshot; it does not automatically merge other devices’ data or offer older-version recovery. Uploading replaces the existing snapshot. The current limit is 1 MB (1,048,576 bytes) of encrypted content per backup; its encoded transport envelope can be larger. No account or email address is required.
Recovery code and restoring records
The device generates the recovery code and stores it in the local Keychain, without iCloud Keychain sync. Save a separate copy safely. In-app copying uses the local clipboard and expires after 2 minutes. Anyone with the code can read, replace or delete that backup. Without the code, we cannot decrypt the content, recover the code or locate your backup by email address or purchase receipt.
Restore decrypts locally and first shows a record-count preview. Only after you confirm are records merged by UUID. Existing local records with the same UUID stay unchanged, as do profiles, health settings and purchases. Apple purchase restoration is separate and does not recover intake records.
Annual reports and export
Supporting versions generate annual reports from local records and offer an image preview. An image or export is passed to another app or service only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet; that destination then applies its own privacy rules. Report images include annual summaries and frequently logged drinks, not age, weight, pregnancy or medication information. Custom names may reveal personal information, so check the preview. Generating a report does not itself invoke cloud backup.
Retention and deletion
Export or delete local records under Profile → Privacy & Data. Uninstalling or clearing local data can lose local records, but does not delete an existing cloud backup. Turning off upload consent also leaves cloud content intact. System device backups depend on your settings and Apple services and do not replace keeping your recovery code safe.
The active encrypted snapshot and pseudonymous identifier are retained until you replace or delete the backup. Use the corresponding code in Cloud Backup and separately confirm Delete Current Cloud Backup. Deletion removes the encrypted content from active storage and permanently retains a deletion marker and related identifiers, but no intake records. This prevents stale devices from recreating the backup with the same code. That code is permanently retired; a new backup requires a new code. Cloud deletion does not delete local records.
The platform may process system logs or infrastructure copies under its service, security and disaster-recovery procedures. We do not promise an unverified vendor-backup deletion timeframe. The app does not provide recovery of deleted snapshots. See Support for instructions.
Purchases, network requests and sharing
Purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit; the developer does not receive payment-card details. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking, and we do not sell health-related information. Netlify serves cloud requests and this public website. The platform processes IP addresses, request times, status and other necessary network/security logs for service delivery, troubleshooting and security, not app advertising or behavioral analytics.
Website and contact
Opening the privacy or support website does not automatically upload app profiles or intake records. Information you voluntarily email is used to answer your request; email is not required for backup. Do not send recovery codes, passwords, full health profiles or payment details.

本ポリシーはカフェインリズム iOS App に適用されます。Build 13 以前のプロフィールと飲用記録は端末内に保存され、App 独自のクラウドバックアップはありません。Build 14 以降の対応版には、飲用記録のみを対象とする任意の手動・暗号化バックアップが加わります。自分でバックアップを実行しない限り、この機能による送信はありません。自動同期ではありません。

端末内の情報
年齢、体重、生活時間、任意の代謝要因、マイドリンク、飲用記録、体験期間の状態、設定を端末内に保存し、推定・傾向・対応版の年間レポートを作成します。結果は参考値であり、診断や血中濃度の測定ではありません。クラウドの対象にプロフィール、年齢、体重、妊娠、喫煙、服薬等の健康要因、支払い情報や購入権利は含まれません。
任意のクラウドバックアップ：対象・暗号化・保存先
初回アップロードの前に、App は対象データとシンガポールへの越境保存を説明します。明示的に同意して手動操作した場合だけ送信します。暗号化する内容は記録した飲み物の名前、カフェイン量、容量、飲用時刻、記録 UUID、飲み物識別子、バックアップの形式と作成時刻です。マイドリンク一覧、プロフィール、設定全体は保存しません。
記録は端末内で AES-256-GCM により暗号化されます。Netlify のシンガポール保存リージョン ap-southeast-1 に、暗号化内容、仮名化された保管庫識別子、更新日時・バージョン・整合性チェック等の技術メタデータを保存します。これはバックアップの主保存先のみを示します。サービスの実行、セキュリティログ、管理基盤の処理は米国を含む他の地域で行われる場合があり、すべての処理がシンガポール内で完結するという意味ではありません。復元コードや復号鍵そのものはサーバーに送りません。アクセス認証のため、別途導出した認証トークンと保管庫識別子を送ります。仮名化は完全な匿名性を意味しません。
手動操作時点のスナップショットのみを保存し、他の端末の記録を自動統合したり、旧版を復元したりはしません。アップロードは既存の内容を置き換えます。暗号化内容の現行上限は 1 MB（1,048,576 バイト）で、エンコードした通信パッケージはこれより大きくなります。アカウント登録やメールアドレスは不要です。
復元コードと記録の復元
復元コードは端末で生成し、端末内の Keychain に保存します。iCloud キーチェーンには同期しません。安全な場所にも別途保管してください。App 内のコピーは端末内のクリップボードを使い、2分後に失効します。コードを持つ人は対応するバックアップを読み取り・置換・削除できます。コードがなければ、開発者は内容を復号できず、メールアドレスや購入領収書からコードやバックアップを探すこともできません。
復元は端末内で復号し、最初に件数を表示します。確認操作の後に UUID で統合し、同じ UUID の端末内記録は変更しません。プロフィール、健康設定、購入状況も変わりません。Apple の購入復元は別の手続きで、飲用記録は戻りません。
年間レポートと書き出し
対応版では端末内の記録から年間レポートを生成し、画像プレビューを表示します。システム共有画面で選んだ App・サービスにのみ画像や書き出しファイルを渡し、受信後は共有先のプライバシールールが適用されます。画像には年間集計とよく記録する飲み物が含まれ、年齢、体重、妊娠、服薬情報は含まれません。独自の飲み物名から個人情報が分かる場合があるため、共有前にご確認ください。レポート生成だけでクラウドバックアップは実行しません。
保持・削除
「マイページ → プライバシーとデータ」で記録の書き出しや端末内データ削除ができます。アンインストールや端末のデータ削除では記録を失う場合がありますが、既存のクラウドバックアップは削除されません。同意スイッチをオフにしてもクラウドには残ります。システムによる端末バックアップは設定と Apple のサービスに従い、復元コードの保管に代わるものではありません。
稼働中の暗号化スナップショットと仮名識別子は、置換または削除まで保存します。クラウド画面で対応するコードを使用し、別途「現在のクラウドバックアップを削除」を確認してください。暗号化内容を稼働中の保存領域から削除し、飲用記録を含まない削除済みマーカーと関連識別子を恒久的に保持します。古い端末が同じコードで再作成することを防ぐためです。そのコードは永久に無効になり、新しいバックアップには新しいコードが必要です。端末内の記録は削除されません。
プラットフォームはサービス、安全性、災害復旧の手順に従い、システムログやインフラ上の複製を処理する場合があります。確認していないベンダー側バックアップの消去期限は保証しません。App に削除済みスナップショットの復元機能はありません。操作方法はサポートをご覧ください。
購入・通信・共有
購入と復元には Apple StoreKit を使用し、開発者はカード情報を受け取りません。広告、第三者解析、App 間トラッキングは導入せず、健康関連情報を販売しません。Netlify はクラウド通信と公開サイトの提供に必要な IP アドレス、リクエスト時刻、ステータス、ネットワーク・セキュリティログ等を処理します。目的はサービス提供、障害対応、安全性確保であり、App の広告や行動分析ではありません。
ウェブサイトと連絡先
本サイトを開くだけで App のプロフィールや飲用記録を送信することはありません。任意でサポートメールに提供された情報は返信に使用します。バックアップのためにメールを送る必要はありません。復元コード、パスワード、詳しい健康プロフィール、支払い情報は送らないでください。
